The MMI Quest equips adjusters with the tools to accurately assess when a patient has reached the point where further medical treatment will no longer yield measurable improvement. This interactive learning experience clarifies that MMI is based on objective medical evidence and focuses on stabilizing the patient’s condition to their pre-accident status—or as close to it as possible.
Through real-world scenarios, participants will explore how to recognize when progress plateaus, ensuring timely decisions and avoiding unnecessary medical expenses. Mastering this concept strengthens negotiation strategies, empowering adjusters to resolve cases efficiently and fairly, based on evidence rather than assumptions.
